This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Plaintiff Greg Thrasher (Thrasher) for preliminary injunctive relief against Defendant Grip-Tite Manufacturing Co. (Grip-Tite). Steven Davidson represents Thrasher, and Grip-Tite is represented by Thomas Foley and Debra Hulett.
