This case involves the propriety of a preliminary injunction granted without an evidentiary hearing. United Healthcare Insurance Co. (United) and the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) filed an action against AdvancePCS, claiming, among other things, that Advan-cePCS had violated the Minnesota Deceptive Trade Practices Act (MDTPA) and other common law claims.
