FUNDERBURK, Justice.

By judgment of the court below, Roy G. Terry, as plaintiff, was awarded a recovery of damages in the sum of $9,848.-65, against the defendants Jeff T. English and R. H. Crim. The damages were for injuries to the plaintiff, his wife, and a Ford car resulting from a collision between the Ford automobile and a Red Ball motortruck owned by the defendants and at the time b'eing driven by an employee.
