12Pefendant, Marco Antonio Thomas a/k/a Jesus De Leon, and two codefen-dants 1 were charged by bill of information with one count of unauthorized entry of a critical infrastructure, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:61. Defendant pled not guilty and filed a motion to quash and a motion for preliminary examination. After a hearing on these motions, the trial court sustained defendant’s motion to quash the bill of information and found no probable cause to charge him with the offense.
