The defendant, Burt Howard Vogel, was charged by bill of information on count one with operating a vehicle while *803intoxicated, second offense, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14.98(A), and on count two with operating a vehicle while his license was suspended, revoked, or cancelled, a violation of LSA-R.S. 32:415. The defendant pled not guilty as to both counts. The defendant filed a written motion to quash the bill of information,1 asserting that the facts presented are not sufficient to find that he was operating a "motor vehicle, aircraft, watercraft, vessel, or other means of conveyance."
