HUNTER, Judge.

Gertrude Marston- Frank (“plaintiff”) presents the following issues for our consideration: Whether the trial court erroneously granted defendants’ and third-party defendants’ motions for summary judgment. Karen Argo and Haymount United Methodist Church, third-party defendants, argue the appeal challenging the order granting them summary judgment should be dismissed because neither party appealed the order.
