The plaintiff in error is a manufacturing corporation doing business in the. city of Detroit.' It was organized-under the general law providing for the organization of such corporations, and by its articles its capital stock is thirty thousand dollars, which may be increased to one hundred and fifty thousand dollars. Kurtz was in the employ of the corporation and loaned money to it.
