Plaintiff Tyrone Cunningham filed this lawsuit pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Defendants City of Humboldt and City Police Officers John Reid, Phillip McCoy, and Reynard Buchanan, in their individual capacities, alleging that his civil rights were violated during his arrest. Plaintiff has also alleged various state law claims against the individual defendants. The action was originally filed in the Circuit Court of Gibson County, Tennessee.
