Arlen B. Cenac, Jr. (Cenac), Public Access Water Rights Association, et al. (PAWRA) and Melva Cressionie each separately appeal from the trial court’s judgment. Appellant, Cenac, appeals that portion of the trial court’s judgment declaring the canal in question to be burdened by a servitude of use in favor of the public at large by virtue of implied dedication as recognized by Louisiana law.
