I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiffs Allan and Cherie Friedman (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) 1 initiated this action against corporate Defendant Power to the Games, Inc. (“PGI”) and individual Defendants Anthony Yula (“Yula”), Christopher Vecchione (“Vecchione”), Steven Comer, Rayna Comer and Barry Green (“Green”) (collectively “Defendants”), 2 alleging that Defendants conspired in a scheme to defraud Plaintiffs and other business owners, with the goal of acquiring Plaintiffs’ vending business, in violation of RICO and various state common laws. 3 Plaintiffs…
