THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant Islands Mechanical Contractor Inc.’s Motion to Compel Arbitration and to Stay Proceedings Pending Arbitration (“Motion to Compel”). By this motion, Defendant seeks to compel Plaintiffs to arbitrate their claims and stay this case in the District Court under the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”).
