This is an appeal by Gallatin County from a denial by the district court of its motion for a change of venue and an application for a writ of review by Harold D. Hendrickson from a decision by the Board of Social and Rehabilitation Appeals affirming an order denying appellant state general assistance medical aid and hospitalization for August, 1972.
