MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

VINING, District Judge.

This diversity action concerns the deterioration of a business relationship between the plaintiff and the defendant and the accompanying feelings of bitter resentment and animosity. The action basically concerns an alleged failure to pay sums owing to the plaintiff, tortious interference with existing and prospective business and contractual relations, and defamation.
