Plaintiff appeals from the entry of summary judgment in favor of defendant as to both plaintiffs’ claim and defendants’ counterclaim. This case involves an exceedingly complicated series of business transactions between plaintiffs and defendants and a claim for relief in excess of one-half a million dollars.
