MEMORANDUM OPINION
GLEN E. CONRAD, Chief Judge.
This case involves claims by a black employee against his employers for racial *786harassment and discrimination under federal law and for intentional infliction of emotional distress under state law. The case is presently before the court on the defendants’ motion to dismiss. For the reasons that follow, the court will grant in part and deny in part the motion to dismiss.
