GODDARD, District Judge.
This is a proceeding, initiated by a writ of habeas corpus, in which the relator seeks a retransfer from the death cell block at Sing Sing Prison to the Women’s House of Detention in New York City.
Relator was convicted of espionage in violation of Title 50 U.S.C. § 34 [1948 Revised Criminal Code, 18 U.S.C. § 794], and sentenced in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on April 5, 1951, to be executed until dead.
