On appeal. By a petition under the Uniform Declaratory Judgments Act (Sections 38-50, Chapter 107, R. S., 1954) petitioner seeks to have the constitutional validity of Section 32-A of Chapter 27 of the Revised Statutes of 1954 (1961 Cum. Supp.) (hereinafter termed “Section 32-A”) determined and if that Section be found invalid that the respondent be enjoined from continuing the confinement of the petitioner outside the State of Maine, and such other relief as law and justice requires.
