This is a writ of error to the superior court of Cook county to review an order of that court which reversed a previous decision and order of the Industrial Commission of Illinois. The Industrial Commission found all facts necessary for an award but refused it on the ground that notice of the alleged disablement was not given within the time and in the manner required by section 24 of the Workmen’s Compensation act. The superior court on certiorari reversed this order, finding that the respondent, the Armstrong Paint and Varnish Company, had such notice. The order of the superior court…
