Plaintiff, Island Lathing & Plastering Inc. (“Plaintiff’ or “Island”), filed this action on or about March 23, 2000, to recover the balance of unpaid litigation defense costs from defendants, The Travelers Indemnity Company, Travelers Casualty and Surety Company ifk/a Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, and their subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Defendants”).
