OPINION

COAVEN, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff Siobhan Donegan appeals from the orders of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania granting the motion for summary judgment filed by Defendants Irene Livingston, Terre Feinberg, and Frederick Mill and denying Donegan’s motion for reconsideration. AVe will affirm.
