JOYNER, District Judge.
Presently before this Court is the Motion for Partial Judgment on the Pleadings of Defendants Anthony J. DiMarco and Rose DiMarco (hereinafter “DiMarco Defendants”). Previously, the above Defendants filed an Answer to the complaint while the other Defendants filed Motions to Dismiss. This Court in its Memorandum and Order dated December 22, 1992, granted the Motions to Dismiss of Defendants Christopher Rosser, H.
