Ty D. Boughter, Sr. (“Debtor”) filed a voluntary Chapter 13 bankruptcy case in this Court which was converted on July 30, 2002, to Chapter 7. On August 21, 2002, Thomas I. Blair (“Plaintiff’), a judgment creditor in the case, filed a Complaint to Determine Nondischargeability of Debt in which he asserts that the judgment debt is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). This is a core adversary proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I) in which this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(a)…
