Plaintiff, J.W. Backer, appeals from the district court’s order dismissing Plaintiffs complaint filed against Defendants, the Manning Family Trust, Ronald C. Manning, and Shona P. Manning, in this ad*524versary proceeding brought by Plaintiff in connection with his voluntary petition filed under Chapter 11 of the bankruptcy code, 11 U.S.C. § 1101-1174.
