Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200, et seq. ("UCL"), the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1750, et seq. ("CLRA"), and breach of express warranty. Sonner alleges that these products were falsely labeled as capable of improving various cognitive functions when in fact they provided no such benefits.
