In this consolidated appeal, Law Fabrication, LLC (“Law Fabrication”) challenges the enforcement of an interest arbitration award in favor of Sheet Metal Workers’ International Association Local 15 (“Local 15”). Law Fabrication had a collective bargaining agreement with Local 15, which provided that if negotiations for a new agreement became deadlocked, the parties would submit the dispute to binding arbitration.
