Plaintiffs-appellants Ernest Sasaki, Kenneth Sano, and David Yamada appeal from the granting of defendant-appellee Ernst & Young’s 1 (“E & Y”) motion to stay litigation pending arbitration. For the reasons adduced below, we affirm.

A review of the record on appeal indicates that this case involves a shareholders’ derivative action pursuant to Civ.R. 28.1, brought by plaintiffs, who are shareholders of ABS Industries, Inc., 2 on behalf and for the benefit of ABS and its shareholders.
