MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Before the Court is the Motion for Summary Judgment and Supporting Memorandum of Defendants Warner-Lambert Company LLC, Pfizer Inc., Bayer Corporation, Del Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Del Laboratories, Inc. and Insight Pharmaceuticals Corporation [Clerk’s Docket No. 41], filed September 28, 2007.
