Plaintiffs Spring Creek Exploration & Production Company, LLC ("Spring *1182 Creek") and Gold Coast Energy, LLC ("Gold Coast") appeal from four separate district court orders dismissing contract and tort claims against Defendants Hess Bakken Investments II, LLC ("Hess") and Statoil Oil & Gas, LP ("Statoil"). 1 For reasons to follow, we affirm.
