MILLER, Chief Justice.

[¶ 1] Ernest Two Bulls was convicted of vehicular homicide, vehicular battery, and driving a vehicle while having .10% or more of alcohol in his blood (third offense). He *765appeals his vehicular homicide and vehicular battery convictions, claiming that the trial court erroneously instructed the jury on proximate cause and that the evidence was insufficient to sustain these convictions. We affirm.
