SABERS, Justice.

[¶ 1.] Scott Mollman appeals his conviction for vehicular homicide after a jury trial. Mollman was sentenced to fifteen years in the state penitentiary. He appeals his conviction asserting the trial court abused its discretion in 1) excluding evidence that the decedent did not have a motorcycle operator’s endorsement; 2) allowing the State to show the jury a picture of the decedent and his wife; and 3) denying Defendant’s motion for mistrial.
