Triad Home Renovators, Inc. (Triad) appeals from a summary judgment in favor of appellee (Dickey) declaring the invalidity of appellant’s mechanic’s lien affidavit, removing the cloud on Dickey’s title created by the invalid lien, denying appellant’s claims for quantum meruit, unjust enrichment, and declaratory relief, and awarding appellee reasonable attorney’s fees.
