Catherine Baron (“Baron”) appeals the district court’s dismissal under Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) of her claims for fraud, violation of due process, breach of contract, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, wrongful termination, intentional infliction of emotional distress, intentional interference with a business relationship, and defamation/false light.
