In this case, we decide whether the evidence presented at trial was legally sufficient to support the award of damages. The trial court believed so and entered judgment on the jury verdict, but the court of appeals reversed, holding that no evidence supported the amount of damages awarded. “[Because there is no legally sufficient evidence to support the entire amount of damages, but there is some evidence of the correct measure of damages,” Formosa Plastics Corp.
