The county collector has appealed from a judgment of the county court of Cook county sustaining appellee’s objections to the 1936 taxes of the board of education of the city of Chicago. Appellee objected to levies claimed to be for interest to accrue on tax anticipation warrants to be issued against the 1936 tax levy in the sum of $1,400,000 for the educational fund, $300,000 for the building fund and $12,000 for the playground fund.
