Appellant objected to the 1934 taxes levied against his property by the city of Chicago. On hearing, the county court of Cook county overruled his objections and entered judgment.

The facts are as follows: The city council of the city of Chicago on March 14, 1934, adopted its annual appropriation ordinance for the fiscal year. That ordinance contained the estimate of current assets and liabilities, as required by the statute, as of January 1, 1934, showing a deficit of $1,188,401.70.
