Plaintiff Muench Photography, Inc. (“MPI” or “Plaintiff’) brings this action pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 501 et seq. (the “Copyright Act”) against Defendants Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company (“HMH”) and R.R. Donnelly & Sons Company (“Donnelly,” and together with HMH, “Defendants”) alleging that Defendants engaged in the unauthorized and impermissible use of Plaintiffs images.
