BEAM, District Judge.

These consolidated cases are on appeal from an order dated April 13, 1983, by the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska, in which the Honorable Richard Stageman, sitting by special designation, denied the debtors’ application for approval nunc pro tunc of the employment of three attorneys. The debtors, prior to the filing of their Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition on March 1, 1982, had engaged the services of William L. Needier & Associates, Ltd.
