Morris, as administrator of Ragland, instituted an action against Cassin, Purtell, and the Georgia Loan, Sav*13ings and Banking Company, a corporation doing business in the city of Atlanta, to recover the sum of $4,556.31, with' interest, which he claims the defendants to be due to him under the following alleged facts: In May, 1895, Ragland procured from the Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company a policy of insurance upon his own life, for the sum of five thousand dollars, on which the annual premium was $103.15 ; the premiums were payable quarterly, and Ragland paid such premiums as were…
