MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

After a lengthy evidentiary hearing, the Court took under advisement the Debtors’ Objection to the claim in this case of the Creditor, Farm Credit Bank of Spokane (hereinafter “FCB”), together with issues concerning confirmation of Debtors’ proposed modified plan of reorganization filed January 29, 1991 (the “plan”).
