Before the Court is an appeal from an order by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York (Trust, J.) by appellant creditor United General Title Insurance Company (“UGT”). UGT contends that that Bankruptcy Court’s denial of its complaint objecting to the discharge of appellee debtor Chris Karanasos’ (the “Debtor”) was reversible error.
