A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., appeals the circuit court’s judgment awarding Overlap, Inc., compensatory and punitive damages in the amount of $4.1 million on Overlap’s claims for breach of a mutual fund analysis software license agreements, fraud, and negligent misrepresentation. This Court issued an opinion in this case on June 23, 2009. The Supreme Court of Missouri issued an order sustaining an application for transfer to that Court on October 6, 2009, and, on April 20, 2010, the Supreme Court issued an order retransferring the case to this court for…
