This is an appeal from an order of the district court of Grand Forks county entered September 7, 1910, directing the cancelation and satisfaction of record of the judgment hereafter referred to. Respondent makes no appearance and has filed no brief.
Appellant’s statement of facts is, we think, a fair and correct statement. It is as follows:
