Beebe v. St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center

Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Deborah H. Karalunas, J.), entered September 4, 2013. The order, among other things, granted in part *1537plaintiffs’ posttrial motion and ordered a new trial as to defendants Christopher LaRussa, M.D. and Associates for Women’s Medicine, PLLC.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law by denying the posttrial motion in its entirety and reinstating the verdict in its entirety, and as modified the order is affirmed without costs.
