MOISE, Justice.

The case arises out of an intersection collision between automobiles being driven by plaintiff-appellee, Susan R. Beyer, and defendant-appellant, R. T. Montoya. Plaintiff-appellee, Clarence B. Beyer, is the husband of Susan R. Beyer and sought recovery for amounts expended by him for medical attention and other expenses resulting from the accident and injuries to his wife, as well as for loss of consortiuim Defendant-appellant, V.
