Nellie Adler filed petition to quiet title in herself to Lot 10 in Block 1, Smith "Villa Heights, an Addition to Sioux City, Iowa, on March 23, 1959. On July 15, 1955, she executed a Warranty Deed to said premises to Joseph Robinson, who since 1954 had resided with her on the premises located at 2010 Allen Street.

On February 6, 1957, the Warranty Deed was recorded in Book 843, page 506, in the office of the County Recorder of Woodbury County.
