Joseph Gray has instituted this action under the provisions of Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to review the final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare denying his application for disability insurance benefits. Both plaintiff and defendant have filed motions for summary judgment supported by memo-randa, and oral argument has been heard.
