MEMORANDUM OPINION REGARDING MOTION OF OLD KENT BANK-CENTRAL FOR RELIEF FROM STAY

FACTS

In March, 1977, Pacesetter Bank & Trust (now Old Kent Bank-Central) executed a security agreement with John and Vicki Keeling d/b/a Darling Lumber Co. whereby the bank took a security interest in presently owned and after-acquired accounts receivable, contract rights, chattel paper, general intangibles, inventory, and proceeds of each of the foregoing.
