MEMORANDUM OPINION
JAMES G. MIXON, Bankruptcy Judge.
On November 10, 1987, The Bank of Yell-ville, Arkansas (Bank) filed a complaint for foreclosure in the Chancery Court of Oua-chita County, Arkansas, (No. 87-377) against Shannon D. Scott and his wife, Patricia R. Scott d/b/a K/C Audio/Video Center of Camden. On November 18, 1987, Borg-Warner Acceptance Corporation of Arkansas 1 (Borg-Warner) intervened in the foreclosure action claiming a security interest in the same property which was subject to the foreclosure action.
