This is an action in the form of trespass to try title brought by Delia Shipman, a single woman, against Jackie Greer Byars, his wife, Helen C. Byars, and many others, seeking to recover title and possession of 17.59acres of land out of the John H, Lucas Survey No. 54, situated about eleven miles east of the Bexar County Courthouse in Bexar County, Texas, and fully described in the pleading.
