¶ 1 The OBA filed a complaint against respondent, a licensed attorney in Oklahoma, pursuant to Rule 6, RGDP, 5 O.S.2001, Ch. 1, App. 1-A 2 . The complaint states one count, that represents a grievance filed by a federal judge in Kansas, before whom respondent appeared. In its Trial Panel Report, the Trial Panel of the Professional Responsibility Tribunal (the PRT) made Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.
